Dudley Council has used a selection of our innovative rubber products to convert Kent Road in Halesowen from a dual carriageway into a single carriageway road with a cycle lane.
The new cycle lane is segregated using our Lane Separators and Narrow Cycle Lane Defenders, both featuring reboundable bollards and retroreflective glass eyes. Our substantial rubber Traffic Islands have been deployed to enforce lane discipline, and are fitted with ‘Keep Right’ bollards.
Installed quickly and with minimal disruption, our Lane Separators and Narrow Cycle Lane Defenders are ideal for both temporary and permanent schemes, and have been used across the country to create new one-way systems, upgrade protected cycle lanes, and widen pavements.
