Speed Cushions Installed In Sowerby Bridge

We didn’t need to travel far for these photos – just a few minutes up the road from our Sowerby Bridge factory to Sowerby New Road – where our installation team have been busy installing a series of one-piece rubber speed cushions to replace modular units which were breaking apart.
 
Produced as one singular piece, our durable rubber speed cushions are designed to absorb impacts evenly across the whole unit, providing a robust and cost-effective solution.
 
Designed and manufactured in the UK, our speed cushions are available in black or red, with the option to incorporate high visibility traffic direction markings as required, and because they’re made from recycled tyre shred, each 170kg speed cushion saves 112kg of carbon emissions, helping local authorities to reduce their carbon footprint.
