On a busy residential street running through the small town of Muirhead in Scotland, this bespoke Rosehill traffic island has been installed to create a chicane and cycle lane, slowing down vehicles to make the road safer for cyclists.
Designed and manufactured in the UK, our traffic islands are made from recycled tyre rubber, making them a sustainable alternative to concrete or bitumen. Like all our products they are surface-mounted and require no excavation, minimising disruption while saving time and money.
